148D is also part of the Red Hill program to bring some extra marbling genetics from Angus. We retained 224A, a son of
Rito Tremendous 0V42 out of our outstanding Buffalo Creek donor cow, Amy 172, to use in the Red Hill program. 148D’s
dam is a P707 daughter of the Amber N379 cow that is becoming so infl uential in our program. 148D is a moderate,
sound structured bull that should be ideal for producers involved in marketing grass or grain fi nished beef. The two
granddams are both outstanding B571 daughters.

33D is one of the larger framed 176A sons, and he is a nicely balanced bull from a Buffalo Creek cow that has an
outstanding record. 33D’s dam, P247, was one of the outstanding producers in the Buffalo Creek herd when the herd was
dispersed. The footnote in the catalog stated “It is hard to fi nd a female with this kind of outstanding production that also
ranks in the top 1% for CED, and top 5% for BW. Then take a look at her picture perfect udder!” At Buffalo Creek, she had
an MPPA of 109.8, WR of 113 on 5, and YR of 109 on 3.
