Shady is an 8-year-old, 15 H, beautiful palomino mare and the ultimate all-around
horse. She is built to do nearly any rodeo event or task that you might need on the
ranch. She has been to multiple brandings and drug calves to the fi re, taken on
various trail rides all over the Black Hills of SD, and has moved cows many miles in
Wyoming. She also has a great start in barrels, breakaway and been steer-stopped
on. Shady has been to the Little Britches Finals in Pueblo, CO, and the CNFR
in Casper, WY, to jackpot on and get exposure. She eats and drinks great while
traveling. Shady does not spook at anything and has been around the loud noises of
the rodeo. I have had her at college this past year as a practice horse and she gets
along great with any horse I put her with. Our family has done everything from start
to fi nish on Shady and found her to be one of the kindest mares on the place. She
stands to shoe and loads great. Anyone from a beginner to an advanced rider can
jump on her daily or once a month and get the same horse every time. Shady is
super cowy, level headed and lopes collected circles. She loves a job and can go all
