BRED HEIFERS

Here is a group of bred heifers straight out of our herd. Most of these shouldn’t be leaving
but we promised our customers that we are going to have some heifers this year so here
they are. They are in the catalog calving date order with all registered heifers fi rst and then
the group of commercials. Any of these heifers are going to be a great addition to anyone’s
herd. These heifers are on the same feed program as our bred cows. They have been
getting some haylage, sorghum silage, and grass mix hay with free choice Vitaferm tubs.
All of these heifers were PE to GM Red Velvet 503(3477974) from May 22 – August 19.

Morgan 657 Her dam is a young cow in our herd and had been doing a great job. 657 was AI’d to
calving ease sire, Andras Mr Black Jeans R179 on May 13, 2017 and was ultrasounded safe to the
AI sire for calving around February 19.

Cowgirl Mtn 642 is a big middled, high capacity bred heifer that is out of our deepest cow. She is
going to be an asset to anyone’s herd and raise the big ones! She is AI’d and ultrasounded safe for
a HXC Declaration 5504C (3494198) bull calf due on February 20. This will be a powerful mating
with a powerful set of EPDs.
