RL Performance Horses

Welcome to RL Performance Horses, located
on the Little Powder River in Broadus,
Montana. Horses have been a strong
foundation for the lifestyle of Enoch and Dixie
Schaff er and their three children, KayTee,
Keaton, and Claire. Our horses are use in every aspect
of the ranch. It has been said a good horse is made by
looking at the back end of a cow.

Schaff er’s have had much success in the arena with
their horses. Enoch has won championships in the PRCA
Montana Circuit two times, NRA, NRCA. All three of the
kids have qualifi ed for the National High School Finals Claire, KayTee, Keaton, Dixie & Enoch Schaff er
and Junior High Finals; KayTee in the barrel racing; Keaton in
tie-down roping, team roping, steer wresting; and Claire in pole
bending, breakaway roping and working cow horse. Keaton
was also fourth in the tie-down roping in the NIRA for the year.
We are proud of the fact that we are able to complete on what
we raises.
