RedHill Muskoka 71C is the 3/4 Simmental bull that topped our 2016 sale going to Mike Tulloch in Ontario, Canada. We
were very appreciative for Mike and Brian Pogue studying our cattle and coming to buy this bull. This bull represents
many of our SimAngus breeding program goals. We have strived to maintain exceptional growth while adding lots of rib
and body in a moderate framed package. 71C fi ts the bill. His performance ratios were 94 BWR, 114 WWR, 110 YWR,
127 %IMF, and 110 REA. His dam and her paternal sisters by 36X are a great group of young cows at Red Hill. Also, his
maternal granddam, 81U, is one of our best Red Coat daughters. Muskoka 71C will be used heavily at Red Hill.

Red Hill 163Z 52X 86C was the top performing bull at Red Hill in the Spring of 2016. His performance ratios are 105
BWR, 107 WWR, 117 YWR, 112 % IMF, and 118 REA. 86C is a slick-haired, super sound athlete whose fi rst calves are
very impressive. The calves are small at birth with excellent vigor. 86C’s dam, 52X, is sired by our Red Angus bull, T189,
that is a super sire for adaptability to our environment. The maternal granddam is an outstanding daughter of Red Coat
and has a great udder. 86C’s paternal granddam, 54P, is the most infl uential cow in our Red Angus program. Even though
86C is only 3/8 Simmental, he still has the Simmental power and growth we are striving to get along with the tremendous
fertility and adaptability of our very best Red Angus. 86C is essentially unrelated to most of the Simmental breed with NO
Shear Force, Legacy, or Premium Beef, and he is only a great grandson of 701T. We think this bull has a great future in
