TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Sale will begin at 12 p.m. MDT. All bidder disputes will be handled
by the auctioneer and his decision will be fi nal. Terms of the sale
are cash or check payable immediately upon the conclusion of
the sale and before animals will be moved. Seller will reserve the
right to require a certifi ed check as settlement before releasing any
cattle.
CATTLE VIEWING
Bulls are available to look at prior to the ranch at Kravig Red Angus
in Karval, Colorado. The bulls will penned and available for viewing
Monday, April 10th at Winter Livestock in La Junta, Colorado.
Videos will be available through DVAuction.com and our website,
www.kravigredangus.com.
FEEDING
All bulls that are not being delivered will be kept free of charge until
April 28. Bulls picked up after April 28th are subject to a feed cost.
DELIVERY
Free delivery to central points within 120 miles. Deliver assistance
beyond 120 miles can be arranged at least cost.

CATTLE CARE
When the gavel falls the bulls are considered sold to the highest to
bidder, however the buyer may leave their bulls at our ranch until
delivery at the buyer’s risk. We will take care of the cattle to the
best of our liability, but the bulls are the buyer’s responsibility and
we encourage you to purchase insurance on your bulls.
BREEDING GUARANTEE
All of the bulls will have passed a breeding soundness exam prior
to the sale. We will honor a 1st season breeding guarantee on all
reproductive issues. Livestock insurance is highly suggested to
cover issues that may arise outside of reproductive issues.
