This was a gut-wrenching decision to let this guy go. We will sure miss Sweethang.
He is currently mounted by a 13-year-old and helped her to win second place in the
team penning at our county rodeo. Sweetthang has fl awless conformation, a huge
hip with a lot of bone and good-sized hooves. As an NCHA $ earner, he has a lot of
eye appeal, style on a cow that will continue to be shown until the sale! He is a head
horse that can fl at boogie, rates well and is strong from the horn. He also knows
some tricks, can be ridden bareback and bridleless. He’s fancy broke and a fun horse
to show in the ranch horse competitions because he rides like a cow horse, yet looks
like a ranch horse, and is catty on his feet. A great point-and-go, good with his feet
in steep country and is a trail horse that crosses water, bridges and logs with ease.
He will always will let you walk out to catch him, has quiet ground manners, gets
along with other horses and stalls quietly. Sweathang has the heart and try the size of
Texas. He’s truly a one-of-a-kind, stand-out individual. Sound and UTD on worming,
dental and farrier. We will miss him.

Captain is a 6-year-old very broke, fl ashy, blue roan gelding. He is 15.1 HH and
weighs 1150 lbs. He has been used outside a lot on the ranch in all aspects – brand-
ing, doctoring, etc. He has seen thousands of cattle in the center alley at the sale
barn and will watch a cow. You can head or heel off of him. He pulls good from the
horn and stops hard. He scores very well and runs to cattle. He has been hauled to
jackpots and ropings. Captain is very honest and ready to do a good job for you.
