                                                               Sun Dog Versatility Horses presents for your consideration: SD Like A
                                                               Boss. Boss is a 2011 ABRA (American Buckskin Registry Association)
                                                               Quarter Horse/Andalusian-cross buckskin gelding. Because of his special
                                                               registry, he is eligible to perform in all ABRA shows. This is a ranch-raised,
                                                               ranch-trained horse that I have owned from the moment he took his fi rst
                                                                                        breath. He stands 15.1 HH, weighs 1000
                                                                                        lbs and wears a size 1 shoe on all four
                                                                                        of his solid black feet. Boss has a super
                                                                                        fancy handle, he rides around bridleless,
                                                                                        in a bosal setup or up in a bridle. He
                                                                                        neck reins, spins, does sliding stops,
                                                                                        rollbacks, fl ying lead changes, opens
                                                                                        gates both forwards and backwards,
                                                                                        crosses water and dead fall, bridges, is
                                                                                        traffi c safe as well as clipping, hob-
                                                                                        bling, tying and trailering like a proper
                                                                                        gentleman. Boss will take a cow down
                                                               the fence and circle one up. He has been used for fall gathering, ranch
                                                               rodeos, summer cow camp, pasture doctoring as well as been shown in
                                                               ranch trail, ranch riding and ranch pleasure classes. He has gently started
                                                               loping the barrel pattern as well as been extensively ridden outside on big
                                                               circles. He is very cowy and very fast, traits that come from his Quarter
                                                               Horse ancestry which includes Smart Chic Olena, Docs Hickory, Docs Oak
                                                               and Frenchmans Guy, but like his Andalusian side, he is a beautiful mover
                                                               and very smooth to ride. Boss has been ridden in all types of terrain, and
                                                               across water and through dead fall and he has never taken a bad step.
                                                               He rides out quietly in a group or by himself. Ride him around elk, deer,
                                                               moose, tractors, farm animals and momma cows on the fi ght and he will
                                                               not shy or spook. I have raised and trained this horse from day one and
                                                               I believe he would be best suited for a woman who wants a solid fancy
                                                               ranch horse, or a non-pro open versatility horse. If you want ranchy and
