Harley is the one you can’t wait to take out on a sunny day, let your hair
down and feel the wind blow through it. He stands a proud 14.3 HH and is
as black as the ace of spades. He is out of a cow-bred Quarter Horse stal-
lion and a Friesian mare. He’s a fantastic size for any size of rider. Harley
has had miles and miles of trail riding experience crossing bridges, down
timber, creeks and ponds, and he’s even exposed to wild game. He’s not
afraid of traffi c either on the ranch or the road. Harley has the prettiest lope
– he gets that from the Friesian side and he can almost lope in position.
Harley is fun to gather cattle on as well and tries his heart out. You can
also go and rope on Harley. He enjoys just about any task you put at him.
He has awesome ground manners and can be kept in a stall or out in a
pasture and will be the fi rst to greet you at the gate when you call. He loves
attention and will be as patient as you want him to be while you are getting
ready. He is that hard-to-fi nd horse with his looks, personality, height and
