Very honored to share with you Berlin, one of the smoothest,
most laid-back, let’s-get-to-work horses that we have had for
a while. He is a 15.2 HH, bay roan 4-year-old gelding. He was
raised on a ranch where he was brought up doing a day’s work
checking fences, checking and working calves, and roping any runaway
cows. He has been on numerous trail rides to overnights standing on a
picket line, to day trips off the farm. He is safe to ride for any level rider
of any age. He has been our go-to horse for our guests, as we know that
he will take care of the rider in any situation. He has one of the smoothest
walks, jogs and lopes that we have ever ridden. He knows the cues, has
a great one-handed neck rein and loves to please his rider with whatever
they ask him to do. He is very smart and learns fast. He sailed through
our program of obstacles and learning the tricks of laying down and riding
bareback and bridleless. He is a horse that does well out in the pasture
with a mixed herd of horses, or you can keep him in the barn, and he has
zero bad habits. He is wearing shoes all around because of where we ride
him. He is safe, quiet and will go anywhere that you ask him to go. He will
excel with whatever you ask him to do and he will do it with pride. If you
would like to learn more about this handsome fella, please give me a call.

57 BLUE JAY
2015 Blue Roan Grade
Gelding 16.2 HH 1200 lbs.
If you are looking for that cool and unique individual with the
wow factor, Blue Jay is it! He is one beautiful mover, rides
English and western. He comes with a big fl oating trot that
covers the ground, collects up and lopes a pretty circle, picks
up both leads with ease. This big guy will sidepass and trots half passes,
and responds very well to seat and leg cues. Blue Jay has also been in the
woods, up and down the hills and through the creeks and brush all with
no hesitation. July 4th weekend Blue Jay was ridden on a three-day wagon
train, he got a lot of exposure to traffi c, covered wagons, and being in a
large group. He did not get shook up in commotion or in tight situations.
Our 17-year-old son, Nathan, has also done some ranch roping, pushing
and sorting cattle with him, pulls good from the horn. Blue Jay has a A+
personality is always eager to please. We have never had to go catch him
in the pasture – he always comes to us. He loves to be groomed, is great
with feet and clippers, up-to-date on shots, worming and feet! One unique
boy, Big, Blue, with feathered stockings! Call or email Ray at horseman-
ship10@gmail.com if you have questions.
