Our family would like to welcome you to our 9th annual production sale. We would also like to thank
each and everyone of you for your continued support in our program! We work and try very hard
to bring you the genetics you need to continue to move your herd forward and produce top-end,
functional, effi cient cattle with all the maternal traits to produce replacement females for the herd.
After all, it takes a good momma to make a good bull!! Up for offer this year will be 38 registered 1A
red Angus yearling bulls, 5 registered black/red carrier red Angus bulls, 10 elite open 1A registered
heifers, there are 45 bred heifers, and 30 coming second calvers all home raised and are selling com-
mercial (no papers). DNA has been pulled on all of the bulls and open heifers for parent verifi cation.

With todays cattle prices demanding pounds, I believe we should be focusing on effi ciency, reproduc-
tion, sustainability, and profi t per animal unit. This years bulls were weaned on September 6 with no
creep with an average birth weight of 83 pounds, an average 11/2 weight of 898, and a 12/28 weight
of 1096, averaging 3.54 pounds per day! (effi ciency) 43 of the 45 bulls and all open heifers were all
born within 33 days of each other! (reproduction) (sustainability) This all leads to a profi table opera-
