WELCOME

Hello and welcome to our production sale.

First of all we would like to thank all of our past customers for
their support in our program and welcome any new customers.
We feel extremely blessed that so many of you have put your trust
in our program. We really enjoy getting to know everyone and
learn about your operations.

Our operation is built for the commercial cattlemen. We strive to
produce cattle that calve easily with high vigor, wean off heavy,
and effi ciently grow out into yearlings. Our cattle are early matur-
ing and with the age advantage our bulls have by the time they
get into the pasture they handle themselves through breeding
Zimmer man Family season and also hold their condition.
Zimmerman Family
Our main goal in the seedstock business is based around com-
mercial cattle operations, and it always will be! Pounds pay and
that’s exactly what this pen of bulls will produce. They weaned off
their moms averaging 817 pounds and grew out excellent. From
Sept. 5-Dec. 9 (95-day test) they gained right at 4.0 lbs/day on a
52 mega-cal ration.

Behind this pen of bulls is a set of females that we are very proud
of. Our cowherd has been developed using an extensive AI
program for over 30 years and buying or raising top quality herd
bulls. 90% of these bulls are out of Dams that were born and
raised at our ranch. Our cows are expected to calve easily, wean
off a heavy calf, and breed back year after year. 25% of this pen of
bulls are produced by fi rst calf heifers, and everyone of them bred
right back on time. That is what we expect our cattle to do.
