WELCOME

Welcome cattlemen and cattlewomen,

We would like to welcome everyone to our Annual Production Sale and say thank you to our past customers for the past years of support. We
also look forward to building relationships with those of you who may be new to our program and helping you with your genetic needs. Our
bulls and females have performed very well as in the past and we welcome your appraisal of the offering.

This year has been a year of many changes for all of us. We have moved the sale location to Richie and Sarah’s ranch north of Medina.
This is by no means a retirement, but a transition to the next step in the program. They have better facilities for developing the bulls, with a
fi fteen-acre lot rather than a corral. The bulls are receiving more exercise and will be sold in better physical condition ready for use. The sale
format will also be changed to a video sale, with the bulls penned outside and being sold on video screens without entering the barn.

However, some things haven’t changed. For almost 40 years, we have been selecting for balanced traits, with special emphasis on eye
appeal, performance, maternal traits and docility. Our goal has always been to bring you the best Gelbvieh/Balancer genetics possible.
We believe the animals offered this year can satisfy our commercial and purebred customers alike. Our feed rations, customer service and
guarantees also remain the same.

With possible COVID limitations and the new sale format, this may be the year to come early to evaluate the animals and visit about your
program and ours. Feel free to contact us if you would like to do this. As always, DV auction will be broadcasting the sale and phone bidding
is available.

We appreciate the chance to show you the offering and look forward to serving your cattle needs.
