WELCOME
        WELCOME

           Dear Cattlemen and Friends,

Please consider this letter my personal invitation to you to evaluate the best set of Angus
bulls we have ever brought to town. We are selling a powerful, uniform, eye appealing set of
outstanding Angus bulls. They are sired by several top sires of the Angus breed. The selection
is large for powerful herd sires, to excellent calving ease bulls that would make outstanding
replacements from the heifers. I am excited about this set of bulls, like no other. I know our
cow herd and they are an outstanding set of mother cows that earn their keep on each and
every calf they produce. These bulls were raised on no creep, just mother’s milk and the grass
they walked on all summer. We are selling the top 45% of 2020 bull crop. They all earned their
way into this sale, not by their age, nor by their pedigree, but by one tool that all cattlemen use
to measure success – and that is a scale! Please take a look and come to the sale, as our bulls are a genetic value that sells into
           everyone’s price range.

The Zehnder-Waage Parntership has lived up to all expectations of producing high quality bulls and great customer service. Sally
and I have enjoyed working with them and look forward to combined bull sales in the future. I am confi dent the Charolais bulls
will provide a great selection of powerful breeding bulls. If you have any questions of the Charolais bulls selling please ask Chad,
Ryan, or Ross. They have possession of the cows and feed the bulls in their lots each day.

Please check out the videos on the DV Auction web site. They will be posted about 10 to 14 days before the sale if all goes as
planned. If we can be of any assistance before the bull sale, please do not hesitate to call on us. We enjoy producing High Quality,
Performance breeding bulls, but we also enjoy and cherish the friendships of the customers over the years, that means a lot to
           us!

Please join us on Friday, February 5.

           Thanks,
Jan, Sally Jo and Randy Severance

           Fellow Cattle Producers,

We welcome you to our annual ND bull sale in Mandan on Feb 5th. It has been a pleasure to
work with Jan and Sally on this bull sale the past couple years, after taking possession of their
Charolais cow herd. Equally rewarding has been getting to know new cattlemen and women
who have trusted the Severance genetics and program for years. We look forward to continu-
ing to build these and new relationships with our customers.

The Charolais bulls we are offering this year have us excited. They are a stout set that weaned heavy and have continued to gain.
Our goal is not to push the bulls to their growth potential limit after weaning, but rather develop them in a manner that will afford
success and longevity. Please take a moment to go through the offering. We believe there is something in the offering for nearly
           every program.

We truly strive to help with the success of your program. From making sure the bulls you purchase meet your expectations to
assisting in feeder calf marketing and placement, we want to work with you throughout the year. If you should have any ques-
tions on the bulls or our program, please do not hesitate to reach out to us before the sale. We look forward to seeing you in
           Mandan on February 5th.

Chad Zehnder, Ryan Waage, and Ross Waage
