Welcome all to our 4th Annual Production Sale. We have decided to call our annual sale “Focus on the Future.” With that, we want you to know that
everything we have been doing here for the last several years is for you-our customers and long-time friends. All the decisions we make today, will
have an impact on what happens tomorrow, next year, and far into the future. You can buy our bulls with confi dence
knowing that we have done our best to produce bulls that are easy fl eshing, effi cient on forage, and have built-in longevity. They excel for growth
and carcass qualities, have great dispositions, and will produce excellent replacement females- qualities our cattle are well known for! These charac-
teristics will help your operation excel far into the future! “Focus on the Future”
We are very excited for this year’s sale as we have changed to a live and internet auction, so you can now either bid in person at the farm, on the
internet through DVAuction, or call in your bids over the phone. Something that will stay the same is all of the great prizes we will be giving away
from all of our generous sponsors! These include special buyers, as well as, attendee and kid’s drawings just for coming out to check out our pro-
gram!
As always, we like to grow our bulls for soundness and longevity, and monitor performance on a forage-based diet by raising all bulls
without creep feed. With this system, some of the bulls selling reached actual weaning weights of 850 to over 875lbs. on just grass, milk, and min-
eral by September 12. This is also the 1st year that all bulls selling will have been Angus GS Genomic tested. We were very happy with the results
that further back up their performance and verify their parentage.
Whether you’re looking for calving ease, growth, or carcass bulls, or a great combination of everything, we have a good selection of bulls that
should meet everyone’s needs. We are also offering some of the most complete son’s of Enhance and Magnitude to sell anywhere, with several well
qualifi ed stud candidates.
