Everyone check out Dollar! This is an extraordinary gelding
that I purchased from the original breeder and have had
the privilege to do the majority of his training. He has been
nothing but a pleasure to have around. Dollar has a solid foot
and bone and has shape and muscle all the way through. This beautiful
buckskin has done almost everything you can do on horseback. Dollar is
a top-notch trail horse that has been hauled across the country riding in all types of terrain. He has never refused to go anywhere he is pointed; he
crosses water with ease, is sure footed, and is great in tight spots. Dollar is also an outstanding ranch horse. I ‘ve used him to gather, sort, doctor,
and rope and load wild cattle. Dollar is levelheaded making him an outstanding arena horse. He walks, trots, and lopes circles correct and slow, has a
big stop, and a smooth turnaround. If roping is your thing, Dollar is a cool head horse as well. He scores solid, can run, rate, has a nice move in the
corner, and faces well. He’s very easy to rope on and will be ready to hit the road. This fancy gelding will get you noticed wherever you go, weather
you choose to take him to the arena or ride for pleasure. He does not get fresh being left off for long periods and will be the same horse every day.
He has been ridden by all levels of riders from young to old. Everyone that rides him enjoys the ride. Dollar is easy to haul, wash, shoe, and is a
pleasure to be around. He gets along with other horses and will always be in your pocket. He sells sound and has no vices. He’s current on worming,
dental, shoeing, and has negative coggins. Dollar is sure to be the perfect addition to any barn.

40 COLORADO
2013 Leopard Appaloosa Grade
Gelding 16.0 HH Draft Cross
Colorado is a horse that turns heads wherever he goes and
is sure to be noticed! He is 8 years old, 16 hands tall, weighs
1650, and wears a number 5 shoe. His unique Leopard Appa-
loosa color is not often seen on a draft cross like him. Don’t
let his size fool you though, he rides smooth as silk. He hits the ground
very softly and smoothly at all three gaits. Colorado has been used in a
variety of areas. He’s spent summers on a dude ranch doing guided trail
rides and kids camps. He’s very patient and quiet with kids while they are
brushing and grooming him. In the fall, he’s gathered and sorted cattle.
He’s also been used for outfi tting on pack and hunting trips leading a pack
string. He’s comfortable on overnight trips being tied to the highline over-
night. During the winter, he helps with breaking colts by ponying them.
Colorado is excellent riding out on the trails and in the fi elds alone. He
will leave the group if asked and he remains quiet. He has very consistent
gaits. If you put him at a certain pace, he will continue that way until you
ask for something else. Colorado stands quietly for grooming, bathing,
and tacking up. He loads well and rides quietly in the trailer alone or with
others. He also has very nice ground manners. Colorado is one not to be
missed! For more information, call Jonathon Waugh at 606-748-9721
