Mint is a pristine buttermilk buckskin gelding that is extremely
handsome with exceptional conformation. He comes from a breeding
program that has produced the best cow horses in the industry. As
an own son of Paddys Irish Whiskey by a daughter of Shining Spark,
he is an all-around deluxe, loaded with cow, talent and eye appeal! Mint is the
perfect-sized gelding with a big hip, good wither, big bone, and nice feet that is built
to last! A real-deal ranch gelding, used in all phases of doctoring, sorting, gathering
and branding cattle. He has seen thousands of heads of cattle, on the ranch and
in the arena turning back at the cutting shows. Mint has a way of travel that is very
comfortable with or without a bridle, and with a smooth lope, lead change, neck rein
and stop. Hauled and seasoned as a heel horse primarily, he is a good head horse as
well – good in the box, plenty of run to cattle, rates off, always makes the corner, lets
you track across and stops square. Mint will walk all day and is very sure footed in all
types of terrain. He will keep like a church mouse in a stall or turned out with other

out of the arena. He’s stout from the horn and strong enough to handle whatever is dallied to him. It’s hard to fi nd one bred like
this with his bone and substance. He’s balanced and correct. Cabo will side pass to all the gates, ground tie, and has been used to
pony colts. He rides one handed and has a good neck rein. No tricks or silly business about him. He will go as slow as you want or
can step up to the plate if needed. Cabo has the sweetest disposition and doesn’t meet a stranger. He will meet you at the gate and
