                   Dear Friends,

Thank you for your interest in our program. As we
all know, the demands on our day-to-day activities
take a lot of attention. We truly appreciate you tak-
ing time to look at what our program has to off er.

We are dedicated to raising cattle that will work Judy Loonan Rick Thompson
for our customers in whatever way your program
takes you. Our goal is to raise functionally sound
cattle that calve easily and grow rapidly with a
calm disposition. We are continuing to improve our genetics so we can help you move forward
                   with yours.

We have purchased three new sires that will have calves in our production sale this year. We
acquired Profi tbuilder at the Cross Diamond sale. He is a really solid bull with loads of depth
and capacity. His calves carry the same look.

Likeable G288 is a bull we used on heifers that came from the Beckton Red Angus herd. He is a
really long-sided bull with a great set of EPDs. Finally, Hooks Geyser is a purebred Simmental
that we bought on the Hooks Simmental sale in Minnesota. He carries plenty of frame and has
                   good carcass EPDs.

This year Judy and I have decided not to put any heifers on the sale. It was a big decision to
make but we think it will work for the better. I guess we’re going to fi nd out.

The heifers will be bred just like every other year and after they are ultrasounded, we will sell
them just as we would in the sale in groups of two and three head and according to sire group,
weight, frame and breeding dates. We plan on selling them sometime in late September we will
send out information at that time. If you have any questions, please feel free to call.

We look forward to seeing you on February the 5th. We would encourage if you can, to come
take a walk through the bulls before the sale. It is easier to watch them in their natural environ-
ment. Please feel free to call anytime. We would love to visit about the bulls.

As I bring this to an end, we would like to wish everyone a prosperous New Year and thanks
                   again for your business.
