P. 2

Dear Friends,

We are pleased to share our catalog and welcome you to our 17th Annual “More
than a Bull” sale at Red Hill Farms on Saturday, March 19, 2022. We are thankful for
our past customers and for the many commercial producers and purebred breeders
who have studied and expressed interest in our cattle. In each of the last six Red
Hill spring sales, bulls have sold into more than 10 states. It is humbling to learn of
the success our customers are having with Red Hill genetics. Our goal is to provide
practical breeding stock to improve the profitability of our customers.

Red Hill cattle have been selected to improve economically relevant traits with a
goal of optimizing the practicality and profitability for our commercial customers.
We focus on documented breed leading production traits while maintaining pheno-
typically pleasing cattle. Why not buy your Red Angus, SimGenetics, Charolais,
or Cross-Ty bulls from a family farm where “THE COW” is still the focus of the
breeding program? At Red Hill, we are strong believers in the economic advantages
derived from CROSSBREEDING. Consequently, our goal is to provide breeds and
composites that allow our commercial customers to take full advantage of Hybrid
Vigor – the last free lunch in the cattle industry!

Our bull sale will be hosted live at the farm, and we will also be broadcasting our sale
online via DVAuction on Saturday, March 19. We continue to take additional precau-
tions during COVID and will NOT be having our traditional Friday night “Cattle Talk”.
We do plan to have a VIRTUAL Presale seminar via ZOOM on Monday night, March
14 at 7PM central. See page 1 for the link to join us online!

A major reward of the seedstock business is the opportunity to enjoy the friendship
and fellowship of our customers and fellow breeders. Visitors are always welcome to
visit our farm to study our cattle, records, and production system. We enjoy the op-
portunity to answer questions relative to the cattle and our operation. After reviewing
the catalog, please contact us with any questions you might have.
