WELCOME

Hello and welcome to our Production Sale.

First off, we would like to thank all our past customers for their support in our program and welcome any new customers. We feel
extremely blessed that so many of you have put your trust in our program. I would also like to thank my family and friends for
everything they do for our operation. Ranch visits are always welcome prior to the sale if anyone would like to come take a look
at our offering and be able to check out the dams in their working clothes.

We have put together another solid set of Balancer bulls again this year. There are a few additions to the sale this year. One of
those additions is that we have a RED Bull in the sale this year, and the other is the addition of 5 registered replacement heifers
and 5 commercial replacement heifers. Our sale will also be broadcast on DV Auction this year. Hopefully weather will cooperate,
and you can make the sale, but just an added benefit incase you can’t make it.

From the spring blizzard to withstanding two winter blizzards already this winter, these cattle have been resilient. From muddy
slop this spring, to hot and dusty at weaning the bulls have held there own very well. They have a 92lb average actual birthweight
and they weaned off their mommas at 787 lbs. From weaning on 9/10/22- 12/10/22 they had an ADG of 3.73 lbs.

As you read through the footnotes on these bulls and heifers you will realize we are very proud of the females behind them. Every
calf in this sale is out of a dam that was born and raised at our ranch and I take great pride in that. We are all in this business to
be profitable, and the #1 factor in that is a solid cow that is fertile and produces a consistent calf year after year.

We have really liked getting to know our customers and their operations. We have made a lot of lifelong friendships and for that
we would like to say thank you. We will continue to do our best to produce solid bulls that get to your ranch, do their jobs in the
pasture, hold their conditions, and create some high performing cattle for you. We love hearing feedback from what our genetics
are doing for your operations, so please don’t hesitate to let us know.
