Dear Customers and Friends,

On behalf of my entire family, we would like to start by thanking all of you for considering our program as your genetic supplier. It is truly
humbling to receive such tremendous support from our past customers, as well as all the many new inquiries we have received, and the semen
purchases made from people around the world this last year. We are sincerely blessed and grateful.

I spend a lot of time thinking about what keeps commercial producers in business and our responsibilities as seedstock producers to help
breeders from an efficiency standpoint. With that, I have narrowed down several key components to help with everyone’s success. I truly believe
that cattle should work hard for us, and we should not work hard for them. That is why we do our absolute best to develop trouble-free cows
that breed back on a timely basis and consistently raise great calves. We are committed to raising cattle that get the job done right every time
and they must continue this role in sustainable production for at least a decade. In order to accomplish this, we strive to create cows with total
accountability – having maternal and structural integrity where they are designed to last with a record of proven history. Although not everything
is perfect in our cowherd, we are dedicated to these principles and we are enthusiastic to make necessary improvements every day.

Another goal for our customers is to identify things that require small adjustments, whereas we will grow and improve together. We understand
that perfection is a moving target. Therefore, the only way to achieve this objective is by recognizing what our cows do great and what they lack.
Together we can select genetics that are complementary to your program and in your environment.

There was a time in my life when I got caught up on trying to decide which was the best bull out there. However, the more time I have spent in this
business, I came to the realization that this is a false reality. There is only the best bull for the best situation. With that said, not every bull we offer
today will fit your specific situation. However, we do believe, without a doubt, that there are many bulls in this lineup today that will complement
most cowherds around the country.

We are devoted to growing with our customers and make subtle corrections so we can all avoid big mistakes. We run our cows in a practical
manner and challenge them to work hard so we are confident in their abilities to succeed in your program.

This is a strong offering, and we feel these bulls have an opportunity to go out and positively enhance the breed in many ways. Balanced cattle
that are correct structurally will produce modern day steer weight requirements and their replacement heifers will indeed stand the test of time.

If you are ever in the area, you are always welcome to stop in to see our operation. We are happy to answer your questions and learn about your
goals. Together we can get better.

Again, we sincerely thank you for spending your time with us on Valentine’s Day to consider our program. Without your support, this wouldn’t be
possible. I am forever grateful for your trust in us. It has given us an opportunity to raise our children and have a lifestyle that’s pretty incredible.
Not everybody gets to do what they love for a living. Your support allows us to keep doing this, and we appreciate it beyond measure.
