Welcome to our 40th Annual Production Sale!

A special thank you for the support and loyalty of our friends and customers. We also appreciate any new interest in our
program, and pledge to provide any additional information needed.

As Red Angus continues to be a more prominent beef breed, we endorse the challenge of verifying the genetic value of our
cattle through collecting and analyzing data with actual measurements, as well as DNA and ultrasound technology. Our
herd sires and total cowherd have all been 50K DNA tested for genetic and parent assessment to insure the most accurate
numbers possible on all progeny.
USDA now recognizes the Red Angus breed as Angus for inclusion in most Angus branded beef programs. Hopefully this
live animal specification, also called G schedule will resolve the black hide bias in the market. However, this also imposes a
more stringent demand on selection for carcass qualities in our cattle, especially marbling which translates to more upper 2/3
choice and prime quality grades.

We conduct rigid selection practices to ensure the most
accurate information available. These include traits not
measured by the computer, but by cowboy logic – traits such
as foot and udder structure, disposition, fleshing ability and
survivability. Our cattle are guaranteed breeders, with the bulls
passing a breeding soundness and semen evaluation. Heifers
are guaranteed open and ready to breed.

We do recommend insurance, particularly on yearling bulls
when used in multiple breeding groups with older bulls.

As always, we are happy to assist in any specific needs you
may have for your program and guarantee confidentiality, as
well as lowest bid, on any sight-unseen purchases.

We continue to offer free delivery to central points up to 500
miles. Historically, when possible, we have delivered direct to
your yard. However, due to age constraints and labor shortages,
we may have to ask customers to accept central points, with
every effort to make it as convenient as possible.
