Terms & Conditions:
• All bulls are guaranteed breeders. Purchaser shall let seller know
within 6 months of purchase date if bull is unsatisfactory. Bulls
will be returned at buyers expense. Seller has the right to semen
check the bull. If the bull is found to be unsatisfactory, seller will
replace with a bull of equal value agreed upon by both parties, or
return purchase price. In no instance shall seller be responsible for
more than the purchase price.

• For those who cannot attend the sale, we will honor a telephone
order and guarantee your phone purchase to meet your request
when inspected personally by you. We also offer online bidding
through DVAuction.com.
• Bulls will be sold to the highest bidder.
• Disputes amongst bidders will be settled by the auctioneer by re-
opening the bidding among the parties involved. The auctioneer’s
decision shall be final.
• As we have no control over acts of God, we cannot guarantee
these cattle against death loss or sickness. We guarantee cattle to
be healthy sale day.
• Certificates of registry will be supplied by the seller to any buyer
requesting them on sale day for registered lots.
• Terms of the sale are cash or check at the time of sale unless other
arrangements are made prior to the sale.
• We will abide by the rules set forth by the American Simmental
Assn.
