Sale Information
Terms
• Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder
• The auctioneer will settle any bid disputes
• All animals are purchaser’s risk as soon as
sold
• Any necessary corrections to the sale catalog
will be made on sale day
• This sale will be conducted according to the
suggested terms and conditions of the Red
Angus Association of America. The terms &

Breeding Guarantee
• Bulls and heifers are sold to be guaranteed
breeders for the first season after sale.
• In the event of unsatisfactory breeding per-
formance, either a replacement, refund of
your purchase, or sale credit will be provided
at buyers choice, the animal must be in good
health.
Health
• All cattle have been vaccinated for IBR, BVD,
P13, BRSV, 8-way Blackleg, Haemophilus and
Pasteurella.
• All Females are calf hood vaccinated.
• Cattle will be poured with Clean Up II.
• All cattle selling out of state will have neces-
sary health papers for delivery.
• After health papers are in order we will assist
in delivery
Trucking
• Free delivery in MN and surrounding states
• We will be glad to help assist in lining up
delivery.
