MISS HIRED GUN, a 2020 mare by HIRED GUN (LTE $34,680)
and out of SUE DYNASTY (LTE $939.60) by HIGH BROW CAT
(LTE $110,800). Miss Kitty is a stout, fun size of 14 HH. She
affectionately earned the title of Miss Kitty at our place, being
blessed with one of the most unique color schemes and naturally curly
mane that is certain to make her stand out in any crowd. If you are asking
yourself what color she is, accompanied by her silvery mane and tail,
you are not alone. Miss Kitty is registered as gray AQHA #6017697. Her
personality is as unique and fun as her hair color. Laid-back, very person-
able and willing to please are just a couple of many qualities to complete
the package. If we had to describe her in one word, it would be forgiving.
Miss Kitty’s talents and capabilities offer so many directions. Remember,
forgiving is one of her greatest attributes. She is extremely easy to ride
with all the necessities: forward, reverse, left, right and stop. Putting all of
these in motion, she picks up her leads, changes leads, spins, has smooth
transitions, rollbacks and sliding stops. Take her from the ranch or trails to
town, where she has been shown lightly in open and non-pro ranch classes
with an affiliate of the American Ranch Horse Association, earning points
in multiple events. We have used her for everything from ranch duties like
sorting, gathering and doctoring to trail rides. Her cow sense makes her a
blast to rope the sled and she has been a breeze to start on live cattle. Miss
Kitty has spent time with NFR qualifier and trainer Caddo Lewallen, getting
that start. She has so many accolades it is very difficult to mention them
all. Keep in mind, you get all of this in a young, beautiful package. Miss Kit-
ty has an incredible family tree, filled with AQHA, NCHA and NRCHA leading
sires, as well as multiple money earners and AQHA/NCHA Hall of Famers.
It is no surprise she possesses the natural instincts and talents she does,
coming from the who’s who of the western equine industry. She is eligible
to be paid up for the Riata Buckle ropings. We would enjoy and encourage
