WELCOME

Hello and welcome to our Production Sale!

First and foremost, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all our past
customers for their unwavering support and trust in our program. We also
welcome new customers who are considering joining us this year. We feel
truly blessed by the relationships we’ve built and the confidence you’ve
placed in our cattle.

I’d like to take a moment to express my gratitude to my family and friends
for all they do for our operation. Ranch visits are always welcome before the
sale. If you’d like to see the offering in person and check out the dams in
their working clothes, we’d be glad to host you.

This year, we’re proud to present the largest group of bulls we’ve ever put
together, along with a very uniform set of commercial replacement heifers.
Once again, our sale will be broadcast live on DV Auction, offering a conve-
nient option in case the weather doesn’t cooperate. Of course, we’d love to
see you in person at the sale!

As you go through the footnotes on these bulls and heifers, you’ll notice our
pride in the females behind them. Every calf in this sale comes from dams
born and raised on our ranch—a source of great pride for us. A strong cow
herd is the foundation of profitability, and we’ve focused on maintaining
females that are fertile, efficient, and consistent year after year.

We’re honored to share that the American Gelbvieh Association recently
recognized our program for excellence. Among the 32,649 active Gelb-
vieh cows, only 5.8% earned the Dam of Merit designation, and just 1.1%
achieved Dam of Distinction status. We’re proud to rank among the top 20
breeders and owners in the Gelbvieh/Balancer breed, with 28% of our eli-
gible cows earning Dam of Merit and 27% earning Dam of Distinction. This
recognition reflects the consistent maternal efficiency of our cow herd, and
we couldn’t be prouder.

Building lasting relationships with our customers has been one of the most
rewarding parts of this business. Your feedback on how our genetics are
working in your herds means the world to us, so please don’t hesitate to
share. We’ll continue striving to produce bulls that thrive on your ranch, do
Pat and Gene their job in the pasture, and leave behind high-performing calves.
