• It was a tough decision on what bull to start the sale with, so we looked up to the
“Western Skies” and this bull is the one we came up with! 4062 is hard to find many faults in.
Lot 1 He leads off a very impressive PayDay sire group, who as you look through the book, will see
has done a great job with many important traits such as calving ease to growth. He has solid
C-T Amber 3055, MGD carcass data and an extremely quiet disposition. PayDay was Feddes’s and our pick at the 2023 Bieber
Bull Sale and has done a fantastic job! 4062 just puts the package together with an extremely eye-catching
phenotype, loads of muscle and volume and dark cherry red color and very sound foot and leg structure. He started with a nice 79 lb. BW and went on to over 800 lb. WW, 115 WR and over 1300 lb. YW, 116YR.
He also is in the top 1% WW and YW. He has a solid EPD package with 8 traits in the top 25%. Dam is a moderated framed, 5-year-old Merlin daughter who has plenty of volume and a gorgeous udder and foot
structure. MPPA 105. She stems from the Famous Buffalo Creek Red Angus “Amber” cow family and her dam C-T Amber 3055 has been a successful donor cow in our program. If you like the look of the “Western
Skies” you will like this bull!

• 4296 is a great outcross herd bull prospect. He comes from a gorgeous Coach 1296 daugh-
ter with a perfect udder and structure that is quickly making her way to the donor pen.
Lot 2 She comes from 5 generations of donor cows. She boasts a 111 MPPA and has 5 genera-
tions in a row of 103+ MPPAs. We have calved our first set of Drifter daughters this year
Feddes Blockana 863-E90, and they are outstanding mothers with near perfect udders. We could not be happier. The daughters
MDG that this bull will leave will all be in the replacement pen. His sons will get plenty of attention with his
individual data. He outgrew his contemporaries with a weaning ratio of 118 and a yearling ratio 114.
Female making with added growth and a great data set makes this bull hard to pass up. Top 2% ProS,
2% HB, 27% GM, 10% WW, 5% YW, 3% ADG, 1% Milk, 9% CEM, 1% Stay and 3% CW. Don’t miss the

• Mainframe is a bull that has everything going for him with phenotype, data and the genetics. A full
brother to one of last year’s top sellers, Lot 3 Feddes Solid State 3602, that sold to Cross Diamond for
Lot 3 Feddes FCC Solid State 3602, $25,000. He packs more growth and muscle dimension than his brother with an actual weaning weight
Full Brother of 822 and 1258 at a year. Mainframe scanned off the charts with a 128 IMF ratio and 114 REA. His dam,
Primrose 107W is one of the great cows in the breed with 127 progeny recorded to her. 107W would be a
paternal sister to the bull that has taken the breed by storm, TAC Drifter H10. Hard Drive needs no introduction as he is known for leaving top-end females everywhere he is used. His full brother, Solid State was
used in herds all over the country last year. The whole package is here, maternal, growth and carcass, all the traits that make ranchers money! This is what we believe a beef bull should look like and we plan to use
him in our herd.
