Guarantee
All bulls are guarantee to pass a breeding soundness
exam by sale day. Once the bull is sold he is the buy-
er’s responsibility. We encourage buyers to purchase
morality and loss-of-use insurance.
Cattle Viewing
Videos of the bulls can be viewed online at DVAuction.
com. You can also preview the bulls at the ranch or
the day before the sale and sale day at Rugby Live-
stock
Delivery of Bulls
If you attend the sale you are strongly encouraged to
take your bull home same day. Otherwise, arrange-
ments of bull delivery will be made the day following
the sale. We will assist in any way possible to get you
your bull.
Terms and Conditions
Terms of the sale are cash. Phone and mail bids are
welcome and may be given to the auctioneer or any of
the sale representatives. Live bidding will be available
online at DVAUction.com Be sure ro register early so
you can get approved as a bidder before sale time.
Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder. Any
bidding disputes will be settled by the auctioneer. Any
person attending the sale does so at his/her own risk.
Neither the owners, nor any person connected with
this sale assumes any liability, legal or otherwise.
Semen Interest
SWG RED ANGUS will retain 1/3 semen interest in all
bulls sold unless otherwise stated.
