15 PENNY Grade
Sorrel
Molly
15 HH Year Born: 2013
Penny is a beautiful, gaited red Sorrel molly. She is 12 years old
and stands 15 HH. We have owned her since March of 2024,
before that we have known and rode with her for 6 yrs. Penny is
exceptionally sweet and affectionate toward people. She has great
barn manners and gets along well with others out in the pasture. She is the type
that will catch you out in the pasture. Penny is easy to groom, saddle, bridle and
stands still to mount. She has had a lot of experience out on trails and many miles
in the mountains of Virginia. She has a nice running walk if someone is looking
to cover a lot of country smoothly and wants to stay safe. Penny knows where
to put her feet in rough terrain, she crosses creeks, logs, bridges, goes up and
down hills with ease. We have ridden her out on the busy roads where we live, and
traffic doesn’t bother her. We have also spent a lot of time in the arena. She has
4 nice gaits – walk, running walk with loose reins or collected, trot and a canter.
Penny knows how to side pass, spin, and knows her leads. She loads, hauls, and
backs off a trailer great. She is good for the vet, farrier, stands quietly for bathing,
clippers, and fly spray. If you are looking for a safe, gentle mule that you can ride
all week and cover a lot of country smoothly, Penny is the one for you. She has
no bad habits. Give us a call, we will gladly answer any questions or schedule an
appointment to see her in person at our barn.

16 TITUS Bay Grade
John
15.2 HH Year Born: 2018
Titus is a big, nice Quarter Horse Bay john mule. He is 7 years old
and stands 15.2 HH. We have had him here on the ranch since
January of 2024 and owned him ourselves for 9 months. This
mule is a gentle soul. He has the biggest and kindest eye you will
ever see. He is good to catch, halter, tie, load, haul, clip, bath, saddle, good at the
vet and for the farrier. He is very smooth in the saddle to ride. He has a nice soft
mouth and a good neck rein. He has been ridden in Idaho, Texas, Arkansas and
Colorado. He has been mostly trail rode on. We have also used him here on the
ranch to gather, pen and sort cattle and horses. He kept a nice level head on both.
We have also used him hog hunting. He handles rough terrain and crossing water
beautifully. He is good around the hunting dogs and all kinds of wildlife. He does
all the basic maneuvers in the arena. This includes taking both
leads, trotting and loping circles, stops, backs, also does roll
backs and spins. He will side pass to open and close gates. He
will also cross bridges, logs and other trail course obstacles.
We have taken him to All Mule Rodeos and Mule Shows. We
know you will love this nice young mule. For more info, pics or
videos, feel free to call and ask for Jennifer.
