COMMERCIAL HEIFERS

Lots 100 – 101 are on-site, and on the same development program as our
replacement heifers. They will have passed a pre-breeding exam, received all
vaccinations (respiratory and reproductive), and are ready to breed.

Lot 100 – Lazy H Ranch commercial heifers
13 head of March born heifers will sell as one lot.

We have had the opportunity to sell these heifers for the past few years and once
again the Harms family brought a quality set. These are deep-bodied heifers that
will be a good addition to your herd to make a positive impact in the beef supply
system. We have had the opportunity to feed previous year’s calves; and you or the
feedyard you sell to will be happy that you made the investment in these heifers.

Lot 101 – Toedtli Ranch commercial heifers

20 head of March/April heifers, selling in “gate-cut” sorts of 10, the
winning bidder may take 10 or all 20.

The Toedtli Ranch team has brought another high quality set of heifers this year.
These heifers come from a Top Dollar Angus qualifi ed herd that has been buying
high end genetics for generations. These heifers will add value on the ranch evident
by average sires Herdbuilder top 3%. These heifers will breed! Sires average top
5% for heifer pregnancy. Take the opportunity on this excellent set of heifers and
