Our longtime friends, the Shaw family, have been reaping the
benefi ts of Tesla with Top $ Angus icons on their calves and making
excellent females. We’ve used Tesla heavily A.I., but the “old man”
may have met his match in Head Start, who earned ratios of 111 WW,
110 YW and an “off the charts” 136 for IMF. He’s out of an outstand-

When we purchased Full House as the high-selling bull in the 2018
Leland/Koester sale we expected plenty of horsepower, but we were
not expecting a best 1% calving ease son, like Stacked Deck – who
sells as Lot 5 and will be the fi rst Full House son we’ve ever sold. So
far, Stacked Deck has represented a most profi table growth curve both
in terms of timing, pounds and composition. He was 16% lighter at
Lot 5 birth, 4% heavier at weaning, 9% heavier at yearling, gained 16% faster, with just
as much muscling and 32% more marbling than his contemporaries.
