An all-around performance horse deluxe! Curtis carries one of the hottest
crosses going in the performance cow horse industry! Sired by Dual Rey
and out of a money-earning daughter of High Brow Cat, Curtis is bred to
ride, perform and WIN! He has had over a year of professional cutting
training, has a great start in reining cow horse work and has started
tracking cattle and roping. He is incredibly quiet, willing and excels at
everything put in front of him, making him a great all-around gelding!
Curtis has solid foot and bone and is a nice, big gelding with shape and
muscle all the way through! He stands 14.3 HH tall, weighs 1125 lbs. and
wears an 0 shoe. If you are wanting to get into the performance horse
industry, he is a game changer! He is level-headed and takes everything in
stride while handling the pressure of the arena exceptionally well! He is a
beautiful mover and shows lots of expression on a cow – this paired with
his willingness to do multiple events would make him a standout in the
ranch horse versatility arena! He is very soft in face and is used to being
ridden in both a snaffl e and shank bit. He rides off your legs as well making
it easy to maneuver him wherever you want to go. Curtis can really get in
the ground and knows how to move off his hocks making it easier for him
to get from point A to point B. Not only does he excel in the arena he also
excels out of the arena too! With his calm demeanor, he makes outside
riding fun, easy and enjoyable! He has seen many outside miles and does
well in all terrain and conditions. He has been ridden by not only us but by
our 11-year-old son as well. You can walk right up to him in the pasture
and catch him where he stands, he stands tied for hours, he ground ties,
stands good to be saddled, takes the bit willingly and easily, he is good
in a stall or outside pen, good with a herd of other horses and he loads,
unloads and hauls very well. He is a one-of-a-kind horse with lots of heart,
try and personality! Show him where you want to go, and he will put you
