                                                               Tink is a 7-year-old palomino Haffl inger-cross mare that stands
                                                               right at 13 HH tall. She is absolutely adorable with that fl axen
                                                               mane! She turns into a gorgeous golden palomino color in
                                                               the summer and has mane and tail for days! Tink is ready to
                                                               be your next ranch hand or rodeo pony! She has spent the last year fi lling
                                                               her résumé on the ranch doing everyday jobs from gathering pastures to
                                                               roping and dragging calves to the fi re during branding time. She can hang
                                                               with the big boys and pull the beefi est calf right to the branding crew and
                                                               boy, does she do it in style! She loads in anything you point her toward
                                                               and is happy to ride along right next to the big ranch horses. You would be
                                                               hard pressed to fi nd something this little mare can’t do! Tink is dynamite
                                                               in a little golden package! She has a HUGE stop for a pint-sized little mare.
                                                               She packs my husband and myself with ease through the sandy hills and
                                                               never lets anyone leave her in the dust. I don’t think she knows her size
                                                               because she would square up with a bull if you would let her! Her walk is
                                                               a true ranch horse walk that really covers ground and is comfortable to
                                                               sit all day. If you want one that can go all day and still have gas left in the
                                                               tank, she is your gal. She is agile as a cutter and strong as a draft! You
                                                               can saddle her up at 5 a.m. in a blizzard and she will ride just the same as
                                                               a warm summer day, ready to go to work! We really put her to the test on
                                                               the ranch and she has done nothing but rise to the challenge. She would
                                                               make a great little trail horse as well. You will be hard pressed to fi nd any-
                                                               thing that will ruffl e her feathers. She is solid as a rock outside and always
                                                               up for a nice trip around town! We have been testing her skills in the arena
                                                               as well and she sure doesn’t disappoint! She is quick and catty when you
                                                               need her to be and slow and steady for the more relaxed atmosphere. Tink
                                                               has tried her hand on the cutting fl ag and tracking behind live cattle and
                                                               she wants to be a gritty little cowpony. She will pin her ears and track the
                                                               calves across the pen and really makes roping on her fun! We have logged
                                                               her in preparation for tying calves and she is very strong from the horn
                                                               and really knows how to stay under herself and keep the rope tight. This
                                                               is where Tink shines! She loves to drag her butt, and really stays nice and
                                                               soft behind the bit and works off your seat and legs well. She rides just
                                                               like the big boys, only cuter! If you are looking for a stout-made, easy-on-
                                                               the eyes, classy-looking little mare, you have defi nitely found her! We are
                                                               tickled to be able to offer such a nice little mare in this sale!
