ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Announcements made from the auction block shall
take precedence over printed material in the catalog.
DELIVERY:
We will offer free delivery within a 200 mile radius
of McGregor. Other delivery arrangements will be
made as economically as possible.

INSURANCE:
Insurance will be available on sale day.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
All bulls are guaranteed breeders. Purchaser shall let
seller know within 6 months of purchase date if bulls
is unsatisfactory. Bulls will be returned at buyer’s
expense. Seller has the right to semen check the bull.
If the bull is found to be unsatisfactory, seller will re-
place with a bull of equal value agreed upon by both
parties, or return purchase price. In no instance shall
seller be responsible for more than the purchase
price.

For those who cannot attend the sale, we will honor
a telephone order and guarantee your phone pur-
chase to meet you request when inspected person-
ally by you.

Bulls will be sold to the highest bidder.

Disputes amongst bidders will be settled by the auc-
tioneer by reopening the bidding among the parties
involved. The auctioneer’s decision shall be fi nal.

As we have no control over acts of God, we cannot
guarantee these cattle against death loss or sickness.
We guarantee cattle to be healthy sale day.

Certifi cates of registry will be supplied by the seller
to any buyer requesting them on sale day.

Terms of the sale are cash or check at the time of
sale unless other arrangements are made prior to
the sale.

We will abide by the rules set forth by the American
Simmental Association.

Feeding arrangements: Available at $2.00 per hd/day.

Not responsible for accidents, damaged or stolen
items the day of our sale.
