0240H is phenotypically correct in every way. Feet and legs are excellent. He is very broad topped
with a thick, square rear quarter. Abundant spring of rib and a broad chest fl oor lend to depth and
capacity. This bull was a graft calf so no ratios are present, but his profi le and muscle pattern speak volumes. He has 12 EPDs in the top 25% of the breed or higher with single digit percentile standouts
of ProS, HB, Milk, Stay, Marb, YG and REA. He has the #2 HB in the group and tied for the #3 Stay. There is a great combination of phenotype and genotype here and in addition he has a very nice
disposition. Dam posts an MPPA of 102.

Look at this solid set of numbers! There are only 2 EPDs that do not rank in the top half of the Good performance with excellent marks for feet and leg structure. Look for extra length, depth and
breed, with 8 numbers in the top 24% or higher. Maternal and calving ease are the order of the day capacity. An impressive 9 numbers are in the top 25% of the breed with an emphasis on growth,
with ProS, GM, which is tied for #5 in the class, and CEM in single digit percentiles, while BW posting a WW and ADG in the top 2% and YW in the top 1%. Dam posts a 101 MPPA
and CEM stay in the top quarter. ADG and Marb are also in single digits. Performance and growth
through yearling provide an ADG ratio of 105 and a WDA of 102. Carcass scans are top-notch with
an IMF ratio of 127, a REA of 103, and a BFat of 108. His maternal pedigree takes you back to the

I chose to use Checotah for a several reasons. A major one is the fact he is a Justice 8013 son and
I am fond of the Justice cattle. Females were attractive and made good mothers. The bulls grew out
fast and always had a real masculine look. 004 is no exception. He is a long clean made bull. He offers a little extra frame size with plenty of muscle. He grew fast, posting a WW ratio of 103 and
continuing on with a YW ratio of 101. He turned in the #4 actual REA with a REA ratio of 108, confi rming a REA EPD in the top 10% of the breed. Please note that this bull is a 1B.

The entire GMRA herd has undergone GGP-LD testing and have genomically enhanced EPDs and parent verifi cation. Green Mountain Red Angus – 21
