You will be looking pretty dapper showing up with this astonishing roan
gelding! I would refer to Sheriff as a “ride in luxury.” They just don’t
come much fancier! With his soft, kind eye, versatile talent and willing
temperament, Sheriff resembles his sire, One Time Pepto (leading
Cutting & Reined Cowhorse Sire with offspring earnings of $18 million+). Aside from
his swagger looks, Sheriff is an extremely well-trained, all-around gelding. He’s a
one-stop shop, if all you have is a one-horse trailer. Sheriff will run a reining pattern,
cut a cow, rope in and out of the arena, cruise down the trail, or go do any ranch job
and he takes it all in stride. Sheriff has AQHA points in ranch riding and reining. He
is a gorgeous mover and looks like a boss in the show pen. His presence is bold and
you can’t walk by him without taking a second look. He performs all of the reining
and ranch riding maneuvers very easily with super easy lead changes, smooth, slid-
ing stops, pretty spins, good direction, and a big, long trot. If horse showing is your
cup of tea, here’s one that will make a statement. He has Ranch Versatility, Ranch
Riding and Cowhorse stamped all over him. Sheriff loves cow work. Whether you
are on the ranch or in the arena, he looks forward to it. He has a heart the size of
Texas and will give it all to you every time. He is very cow smart and reads one like a
book. Just point and go, he will do the rest. Sheriff has been pasture roped on, steer
stopped out of the head box, and roped the sled a ton. He would make a jam-up
breakaway, calf or heel horse. Sheriff is always gentle and safe for any level of rider.
If you just want to occasionally hit the trails or go extreme cross country, he is always
a great partner. He is confi dent alone and quiet in a group. You can ride him once a
month and he will be the same way you left him the previous ride. He stays trained,
kind and quiet. Sheriff loves people and will meet you at the gate every day eagerly
waiting attention. His sweet, loving and inquisitive personality will make you laugh
and fall in love over and over. Sheriff fi lls the bill and will satisfy the demands and
requirements of the most meticulous buyers. Sheriff is the whole nine yards with his
