Heroes and Horses mission is to unprogram the programmed. To offer combat
veterans an alternative solution for defi ning and approaching their physical and
mental scars – a solution that does not include prescription medications or traditional
psychotherapy, but rather the opportunity to use tools to redefi ne their purpose,
rediscover their inner strength, and maximize their potential by taking ownership
of their lives for the fi rst time since leaving service. “Shelter From The Storm” is an
original photograph of Micah Fink, CEO/Founder of Heroes and Horses, alongside his
friend on a winter gather in Montana. There are only 60 giclee studio prints and 5
giclee artist proofs. The prints are graphite on a watercolor board, 27in. x 19in. Jerry
Locati, a Montana native, established Locati Architects in Bozeman, Montana, in 1989
produced the “Shelter From The Storm” piece. Since then, it has grown into an in-
ternationally recognized architectural fi rm over three decades. League of Legends is
proud of what Heroes and Horses are doing for our veterans and encourage you to
visit their Heroes website at www.heroesandhorses.org.

Pleasant, lovable and a 100% gentleman every day! You can’t help but
fall in love with Tin Man. Tinners, as Paje likes to call him, is a people
pleaser that is always willing to do the task at hand. We raised Tinners
from a yearling and from the beginning he has always been easy with-
out a care in the world with a puppy-dog-like . He is easy to catch and even enjoyed
lying down and sharing a little snooze. On the ground and in the saddle, Tinners
is the defi nition of patience while tied to the trailer, hitching post, in the arena, tied
around other horses and to even pony off of. In the arena and on the trails he has a
very smooth and a soft way of going in all three gaits, knows his leads, side passes,
turn arounds, neck reins, great back and stop. Ridden in the rugged mountains of Montana and the deep sands of Arizona, he is very
sure footed and handles himself well in rough terrain and willingly goes through running water, bogs, thick brush and heavy wooded
areas. Tinners is confi dent alone, but good with a group of horses out on the trails, will hobble, picket and has also been packed on.
Pistols and lariats – he stands like a statue to shoot off of or wind up that lariat and perform some fun tricks off of and he will even
pack your buddies around on a river fl oat! Tinners has never been a horse that needed to be ridden daily. He can stand time off
and ride off the same. Great, well-rounded ranch horse for brandings, doctoring cattle, gathering and sorting. He is uncomplicated
in any situation. Ropes all around him, cattle where they shouldn’t be – Tinners doesn’t ever break a sweat. Flags, tarps, dogs, goats,
vehicles, tractors, traffi c, guns, fi reworks, you name it, Tin is used to it. A laid-back rope horse, he is good in the heading and heeling.
A true all-around, he is built right and wrapped up as a beautiful buttermilk buckskin who has such a kind heart and eye. You won’t
want to go home with out Tin Man. Passed vet examination and radiographs. Sound, UTD on worming, dental and farrier. Give us a
call to try him for yourself.
