Welcome

We would like to welcome you to our production sale whether in person or
on DV Auction. 95% of our customers are repeat buyers and we promise
to take care of new customers just like we take care of our existing cus-
tomers that have become our good friends. We look forward each year
to delivering your cattle and having a good visit one-on-one. If you have
been thinking about trying DK genetics, do not hesitate on pressing the DV
Auction button. Just remember you must register the day before in order
to bid on sale day. We have had cattle go to ND, SD, MN, NE, MT, WY, and
KS.
We are like most ranchers. We expect cattle to calve easy, nurse by
themselves on a good-uddered cow, grow fast, maintain a good disposi-
tion, weigh up heavy, stay structurally correct, be highly fertile, and be an
easy keeper. We like stacking solid female-making genetics on top of each
other, so there are no surprises or disappointments. Every bull we sell is
expected to produce top-rate females or highly desired steers. Our goal is
to improve every year on these traits which in turn will help your pocketbook and ours.
Again the bulls were fed CHS pellets and Feed Mix Bull Ration twice a day with free-choice grass hay. They are not fed for
the show but to go to work for you and keep growing. We shoot for a 3-lb. daily gain on test and we know these bulls could
gain a lot more but would only hurt them in the long run. We feel this is one of our best set of bulls and heifers top to bot-
tom. Many of these bulls are suitable to use on heifers.

For those of you that can’t make it to the sale, you’ll be able to watch & bid on DVAuction.com. Videos of the bulls will be
available a couple of weeks before the sale at the DVAuction.com website but remember that the video was shot a month be-
fore the sale and the younger bulls are still pretty green. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to call us. The bulls will sell
pretty much in birthdate order as listed in the catalog. Ultrasound carcass data will be available a few days before the sale.
Also bulls will be delivered free to U.S. central locations within 600 miles and we will work with you on further distances. If
you buy two or more registered heifers, we will deliver them also within 600 miles.
You are welcome to come look at the bulls at the ranch before the sale. We would be happy to show you the sires & dams.
