Big Horse Ranch is proud to offer Waffles, a jet black, five-year-old,
sporty Friesian/Welsh X standing at 13.2H. As willing as they come,
this pony has said yes to everything we’ve pointed him at - trail rides,
riding down the road, beach rides, jumping, and the list goes on! He
is a pony - clubber’s dream, ready to hit the show ring with an expe-
rienced kid that might be ready to move up a level in the hunter’s ring. Waffles is
SAFE, with more whoa than go, and the kind of pony that will take care of his rider.
He is the ultimate pony package with his sweet and loving disposition
along with the flashy movement of a Friesian. At only five years old,
we have been beyond impressed with how relaxed he has been around
all the jam-packed action at our training facility. Waffles rides any way
you want and also drives single or in a pair. A kid can safely & easily
handle Waffles on their own. No kick, bite or funny business. Excellent
to saddle, bridle and mount. Good with his feet and an absolute
gentleman for the farrier. He loads well, stands tied, can be turned
out alone or in a herd, does well in a stall, and has excellent ground
manners. Respectful, polite and willing to please! Waffles is ready for

We are so excited to bring you one of the cutest, smartest, and
most willing Gypsy Vanners we have had. Here is Simeon, a 7 year
old, 14.1H gelding that is very well trained to ride, drive, and a true
gem of a horse to have in your family. This guy has been so easy to bring through our program and he just took to
everything that we do without causing a fuss. He really enjoys learning and giving you his all. He has been on miles
and miles of trail rides all over the place and settles in with ease. He has been on different trailers and will get on without causing
any issues. He will ride off at any location as if he has lived there his whole life. He does not get excited about anything so you
can be confident in knowing that he will take care of you no matter how experienced of a rider you are. He has been kept out in
the pasture and in a stall and does not have any bad habits in either place. He will come running when you call him in from the
pasture. He loves his people and will look for you when you come down to the barn. Simeon is wearing shoes all around because
of where we ride and he is great for the farrier and the vet. He has been ridden English and Western and has a nice turnaround
with a neck rein as well. Simeon is a great horse that you do not have to keep him in a working program for him to keep his
calm personality. You can let him sit for days and weeks and then take him out for a ride and he will ride right off with no issues.
He is not a spooky horse and is a horse that if you need to build up your confidence, he will help you to do that. He has three
very comfortable gaits, and will suck it back for a nice jog, or you can extend him out for a great extended trot. He is also a very
comfortable horse to ride bareback and bridleless and enjoy yourself where you go. He is so smooth that you really feel that you
could sit on him for hours without feeling like you will be sore. Simeon has been through several trail challenges in and out of the
arena and does great at them as he does not get bothered by new things. If Simeon is what you are looking for, please call Duane
