Maverick truly is the entire package for riders looking for their
next performance horse or for an outstanding pleasure and family
horse! He is 5 years old, stands 15H tall and comes with a heart of
gold. His pedigree is impeccable, with the majority of the horses being Million Dollar producers and Hall of Fame
horses. It’s no wonder he is athletic, cowy and versatile. He is fancy broke with all the reining buttons; correct
spins, big stops, flying changes and rollbacks. On top of all this he is drop dead gorgeous! He doesn’t just have the potential to
be a great show horse, he IS a great show horse! He is showing now and winning! We show in Ranch Horse Versatility compe-
titions and most recently we started showing in Foundation Quarter Horse shows. At these shows in order to compete for the
All Around High Point award, you must compete in Cow classes, Performance Classes, Speed events and Ranch horse classes
plus confirmation - 15 classes in all. Not only is Maverick versatile enough to to compete in all 15 classes but he talented
enough to win the Overall High Point award over and over, including at the Nebraska State Fair which was the largest Foundation
show in the country with over 700 entries! This year he will finish out his 2022 show year as the overall Year End Reserve High
Point Champion for Oklahoma and Overall SHOW Champion for 2022 in the 3-5 age group. He has the beautiful movement needed
to win in Ranch Riding, the training and athleticism needed for Reining and the stability and obedience needed for Pleasure and trail
plus the cowy ability needed for roping and cutting. If all of this was not enough for a Versatile horse he can also be ridden English
and he jumps! He has smooth rocking horse gaits and he is uncomplicated to ride. He has a sweet nature with a big heart. My 11
year old Grand daughter can ride him on trails or over fences. He will step over to a mounting block or tree stump for you to mount
then he will take you down the trail and anywhere you want to go. Our training program is geared towards creating great obstacle
horses so he will cross water, tarps, bridges (even moving bridges), tunnels, cowboy curtains and pool noodle snake pits. He takes
it all in stride. He also loads, hauls, stands quiet for the farrier and to clip or bathe. Horses like this with stunning good looks, athlet-
icism and a great and trainable mind don’t happen by accident – they are the product of outstanding breeding. Maverick’s pedigree
is truly a black type pedigree for reining horse, All horses in his 4 generation pedigree are money earners and most are Hall of Fame Million Dollar producers. He was
sired by ELECTRIC SNOW, a Million Dollar producer. Electric Snow is by JAC’S ELECTRIC SPARK a 3 Million Dollar Hall of Fame sire. Maverick goes back Carol Rose’s
Immortal Hall of Fame and 10 Million dollar producer, SHINING SPARK, twice! You will also find TOP SAIL WHIZ in his pedigree, the Equistat all time leading reining
producer until he was replaced by the 14 Million Dollar sire, COLONEL’S SMOKING GUN who is also in Maverick’s 4 generation pedigree! Maverick is registered with
AQHA and is also registered with the Foundation Quarter Horse Association (must descend from approved Foundation stock). He has his NRHA certificate, his NRBC
certification and he is eligible to compete in the RMRHA Stallion futurity sweepstakes. This year Maverick has been selected as one of 25 horses to compete in the
2023 Versatile Horse competition at Equine Affaire on April 14th in Columbus, Ohio. This is a fun spectator event and Maverick will be available for prospective buyers
to try out before or after the event. Also registered with the Foundation Quarter Horse Registry (with certificate). Maverick will be on premises at the Ohio Expo Center
