Iceman is absolutely the kindest, most versatile, horse you’ll ever
find. As his name suggests, he doesn’t get riled up about anything.
He’s extremely laid back and stays quiet after a lengthy vacation. He’s
been part of our family for over two years, as a 3-year-old, he was trustworthy enough for our 12-year-old son to
take elk hunting in the rugged Pecos Wilderness. Iceman is confident being ridden out alone or in a group. He will
surefootedly pick his way through any sort of terrain. Ready to go, Iceman rides very soft in the face, is responsive to leg pres-
sure and loves to stop. He has an attractive natural headset, very pretty trot, rocking horse lope and plenty of run. Go enjoy him
in the roping arena, show pen, out on the trails, or put him to work on the ranch. He’s a quick study when learning new skills
and tries hard to please his rider. Iceman’s easy-going temperament makes him very adaptable for a variety of riders, he’s handy
enough for a top hand, and kindhearted enough to be trusted to build a novice rider’s confidence. Iceman’s athletic ability, temperament and correct confirmation is
the result of his fabulous genetics. He’s by GUNNER ON ICE, World Champion and National Champion Sire. Out of a daughter of the late great SMART CHIC OLENA,
who had lifetime earnings of $167,472 is in the AQHA Hall of Fame and is an All-Time Leading Sire of NRHA, NRCHA and AQHA Reining, Cow Horse and Ranch Horse
Money & Point Earners. Iceman stands a user friendly 14.3H and weighs 1100 lbs. Very correctly put together, he’s built for longevity in any career you choose with
heavy bone structure. Iceman has great ground manners and enjoys people. He has the personality of a puppy dog and always happy to go on new adventures. He’s a
quiet around other horses, has lived turned out with a herd and is also happy to go in his stall. He settles into new places quickly. Easy to haul, bathe, and shoe – he’s
always a gentleman. We’ve greatly enjoyed the opportunity to own Iceman the last few years. We would love to introduce you to him before the sale. We’re confident
you’ll love him like we do! Call Estevan at 505-450-5519 to chat about him or set up an appointment.

24 24 BM OLIVER TWIST
2018 Bay Roan IDSHR #202103004
Gelding 16.0 HH BRABANT X QUARTER HORSE
Oliver is a 4-coming-5-year-old Brabant/Quarter Horse X Bay Roan
Gelding. He is dreamy to look at and stands 16H. Oliver has a great
look that is topped off with excellent feet and good sturdy conforma-
tion. He is currently barefoot, with no issues on rocky or hard trails.
This boy is a favorite in the barn with his goofy and friendly person-
ality. He loves attention and always comes running to the gate to be brought in.
He self loads on the trailer, cross ties, ties to trailer, bathes, clips and is all around
easy to handle. Oliver is a trail master. He will go anywhere and cross anything in
his path. He is the definition of trail blazer! Oliver has been worked extensively on
obstacles on the trail course. He has been on hunter paces, paper chases, and he
is always on his best behavior. This boy is also a great low level Event horse for
anyone wanting to stay safe and have fun! He is easy to ride in all three phases
of the Horse Trails, and has been on all the elements of Cross Country including
banks, ditches, and water. Not only is Oliver a great show/pleasure horse but he
will also take you out to work the farm without any questions. Throw a western
saddle on this boy and go push your cows from one pen or pasture to another.
Oliver is also quite an accomplished bridleless horse. You can do everything he
does in the bridle just as well without it! This boy has 3 great gaits that are easy to
ride. His lope is to die for! He has a great whoa and will strike off into the canter
from the walk better than most seasoned show horses. He has started basic lateral
movements, side passes easily, moves off the leg well and has a lovely responsive mouth. Oliver has a great brain with minimal
spookiness. He is great in traffic on the road and in the warm up ring at the show. On the trail he is willing to lead or follow. In
a group he is relaxed when trotting or cantering. When riding western he has a neck rein that makes one handed riding easy.
He will pony horses and loves to ride bareback around the farm. If this is the unicorn you have been searching for please give
