19 LIL Bay Grade
Molly
15 HH Year Born: 2012
Lil is an 11-year-old, 15.0 HH, 1207 lb., gorgeous mare mule. She
is an easy keeper and stays fat on air, so to speak. Her conforma-
tion is correct, she has good bone structure, great muscle tone
and the softest, kindest eye. She is a flashy girl to ride or drive
around. You will be sure to get noticed on her. She is finished on driving, riding
and packing. She has been living with her brother, JP, her whole life. They are full
siblings out of the same paint mare and jack. At home or when traveling, they are
easy to handle. They catch, stand tied, eat and drink good, are well behaved, load,
haul, and make owning them a breeze. Lil and JP have been driven all over the
country and have been hooked to forecarts, pleasure wagons, buggies, farm im-
plements and more. They have been driven in multiple parades, on long overnight
wagon rides, and also have been used to haul guests on the ranch. No flashing
lights, noisy music, or people jumping on and off your wagon will rattle them. They
always hold their composure in the toughest of settings. They really shine, even in
a 3-up setting, when we put a green mule in the middle of them. They hold their
ground like big oak trees. As far as her riding goes, Lil is a good, steady mount.
She is a bit of a lazy girl but will move out upon a strong urging. She is great on
the trails, trudging thru bogs, briars, and deadfall. It is no problem aboard her. She
will lead the way or is happy to ride in the middle or back of the group. We have
used her here on the ranch for all types of tasks, both riding and driving. She is
willing to ride out alone without any other equine along. We have led her in a pack
string and used her to lead a pack string. She and JP would be ideal to switch and
use either way. With all her assets, any buyer would be getting a real bargain and a
sweet equine friend for life. She is a darling. Please feel free to come to the ranch
here in Texas and ride her, prior to us leaving for Utah. We have great places to
try her on the trails, obstacles and an arena, too. We will arrive a little early in Utah, so prospective buyers can ask to try her
before the sale, on the trails near Tropic during Bryce Canyon Mule Days. If you would like more info, pictures or videos, call
Jennifer.
