We lovingly call this stunner Prince, because of his royal breed-
ing, and also because of his regal good looks. Prince is 15 HH of
perfection: with a pretty, refined head, big round hip, perfect straight
legs, a sleek buckskin coat, and a lusciously thick long mane and tail,
overlaid with silver, it’s easy to think this guy is getting by on looks
alone, but he’s got a pedigree and a résumé to back up that nickname. Talk about
royally bred – Prince is an own son of the famous HF Mobster, the million-dollar
sire with an NRHA Derby Championship, himself by the great Gunner, Colonels
Smoking Gun, and out of Dun Its Black Gold by Hollywood Dun It. His papers read
like a who’s who of reining horse royalty. So, we’ve got looks and big names, but
Prince isn’t resting on his laurels. He is a finished reiner in his own right, who
has shown at the national level and earned some winnings before finding himself
being pampered as a fancy pet because of his incredibly loving and happy-go-
lucky personality. You will never find a friendlier horse, who literally gallops to the
gate when he sees you coming. He gives big hugs, wrapping his neck over your
shoulders and pulling you in for a squeeze. He’ll follow you around all day while
you do chores, and he’s never met a stranger. He is curious and playful and never spooky. Under saddle, this guy is an absolute blast to ride. Impeccably trained, with a
desire to please, he is so light and responsive you can’t help but grin from ear to ear when taking Prince for a spin. With all his fancy buttons and at the prime age of 7, he
is ready to step back into the world of NRHA showing (NRHA competition license included), or to help you build your skills as a rider. But Prince is no one-trick pony; he
is kind and forgiving and can make even the most inexperienced rider look and feel like a pro. His gaits and transitions are so smooth, he’d make you a handful of bills in
a bareback dollar competition! He is delighted to go out on the trail and will lead, follow, cross bridges, logs, and water, and doesn’t get barn or buddy sour. He acts like
a golden retriever puppy getting to go for a walk, and you can’t help but laugh at his enthusiasm and joie de vivre. If a deer leaps out of the tall grass or a flock of turkeys
flies up in his face, instead of spooking, Prince will step forward to try to make friends. He’s seen all the bright lights and big crowds, so tarps, flags, and feral children
don’t bother him a bit. In fact, he loves kids, and I suspect he would walk right into our house and sleep in their beds with them if I allowed it. Don’t miss out on your
chance to own this gorgeous once-in-a-lifetime character. For more information, please call.
