Meet Boogie, a stunning 2017 bay Quarter Horse gelding. Born
and raised in the mountains of Wyoming, Boogie now calls Texas
home. His outstanding pedigree includes legendary sires PLAYGUN
and BOONLIGHT DANCER as well as JD Yates’ great mare, ZANS
DIAMOND DESIRE. This mare carried Yates to 2 tie-down roping
championships and earned superiors in heading, heeling, tie-down roping, perfor-
mance ROMs, and reining points. This handsome gelding is a true ranch horse,
bred for versatility and strength. Boogie’s long mane and thick tail are comple-
mented by his stout build, big legs, and solid feet. He has an eye-catching presence
both in and out of the arena. Boogie is known for his extremely gentle and kind

Meet Housecat! Going back to the famous HIGH BROW CAT, this
gelding comes with all the shine, bone, muscle, and color in one 15.2
HH package. He is a beautifully colored bay roan with a mane and
tail to absolutely die for, wearing a size 1 shoe and weighing 1,350
pounds. This big, strong gelding is incredibly broke and stays that
way 365 days a year. Housecat has been used on the ranch doctoring sick calves,
loading trucks, and is no stranger to dragging calves to the fire. He is no stranger
to a full day’s work and has seen most country from desert to mountains. We’ve considered him a go-to horse for ourselves
and for company. This gelding has a fancy way about him and really stays backed off the bridle, knows his lead departures and
turns, and for such a big, pretty mover, he can stop on a dime. Housecat is a finished head horse with tons of style and ability.
This strong horse will fit any number roper. He’s been hauled the last year by a number 7 but is gentle enough for your beginner
friend to jump on and go spin steers for you. He is solid in the box, scores perfect, leaves flat, and can really run to fast cattle,
with plenty of rate and pull. A very solid citizen that is fun to go jackpot on but will rope the trotters as well. Not only have we
used Housecat in ranch work and team roping but he’s also been used as a pick-up horse at the rodeos and does not hesitate at
any of the chaos that comes with it. He is used to big crowds of roaring people, kids running, and loudspeakers. This gelding has
real-life experience and a resume to go with it, he has been thoroughly desensitized and is not a spooky horse at all. Housecat
crosses the ground poles with ease and has been sent over small jumps by my younger sister. He is willing in all aspects and never refuses a task. If you’re looking for
trainability, experience, and safety, not to mention looks, here he is.
