Welcome to our second annual bred heifer sale!

We would like to thank you for taking the time to learn about
our operation and look at the cattle we have to offer at See-
ger & Rusch Red Angus. We have been at this for over 30
years, but this is only our second sale at auction. We have
been selling bulls by private treaty every spring.

Brandon and I (Dixie) live on the Seeger homestead with
our kids: Regan (8), Jolyn (6), and Kenna (3). The kids have
displayed their love for cattle from a young age and love
feeding cows with dad in the tractor, feeding cows cake
during the summer, and getting to trail cattle. They also just
discovered a new love for their show cattle this summer and
have already put halters on their heifers for next summer.
Although Sherill has retired, he still helps out, especially
Brandon & Dixie Rusch, Regan, Jolyn and Kenna during calving season, when not traveling or hunting!

Our calving season starts around February 1st, and we try
to finish up in early April. This gives us a little time to get
calves worked so we can get ready to start breeding again
at the beginning of May. We strive to keep a docile, fami-
ly-friendly herd since we have kids in the corral with us all
year long. Any funny business and those girls get a ride to
town. Our calves are not creep fed. These heifers received
the Virashield 6 VL5 booster on October 19 and their first
round of scour vaccine at that time as well. We will re-preg-
nancy check everyone close to sale date.

We feel very blessed to be in the Red Angus business and
are passionate about the quality of our herd. We would like
to thank family, friends, and our loyal customers who help
Kim & Sherill Seeger make our business successful and allow us to keep doing
what we love!
