4062 is another Captain 2290 son, but
he’s built a bit differently than the previ-
ous bull. He’s moderate-framed, heavily
muscled, and has a small calving-ease
head. His dam, a cow we purchased
from Niobrara, is doing an excellent job
for us. She delivered with a 68-pound
BW and a 756-pound weaning weight—
this cow did her job. He’s suitable for
heifers.
