5 IVY
Molly Chestnut Grade, Not Registered
14.1 HH 900 lbs. Age: 10
Ivy is a 10-year-old, 14.1 HH Molly mule. She is part of a well-matched and
bonded team, and her full sister Iris is also consigned. Ivy rides, drives
double and packs. When hitched, Ivy is typically the off-side mule, but she
will work in the lead too. Undersaddle, Ivy has always been the follower.
She will ride independently or even in the lead, however she is happiest
following her sister all day long. Ivy walks, jogs and lopes. She rides soft
in the bridle. She is sure-footed, crosses water, ditches and rides well in
rough terrain. Just like her sister, she has been hog hunting, elk hunting
in Colorado, and has logged many miles on the trails. She is traffi c safe.
When looking for a riding and packing team for hunting, Ivy excels at being
the pack mule while the person is riding Iris. Ivy has a sweet personality
and likes being around people. She has nice ground manners, and stands
very well for the farrier. Don’t miss out on this awesome and versatile team
of mules! Please call for more information.

6 IRIS
Molly Chestnut Grade, Not Registered
14.1 HH 900 lbs. Age: 9
Iris is a 9-year-old, 14.1 HH Molly mule. Iris is part of a well-matched and
bonded team, and her full sister Ivy is also consigned. Iris and Ivy as a
team have logged many miles together. They drive double. Iris is typically
the lead mule when hitched. They have been to the wagon races, on many
wagon trains, and have been driven on the road. They are traffi c safe. Un-
dersaddle, Iris rides soft in the bridle. She willingly walks, jogs and lopes.
She side passes, backs, works off the leg and neck reins. She rides in the
lead, confi dently crossing water, ditches and going through rough terrain.
Iris and Ivy have been hunted off of going hog hunting and making trips to
Colorado elk hunting. She is a very comfortable mule to ride with smooth
and comfortable gaits. For an individual looking for hunting mules, Iris is
the best one to ride and pony Ivy behind her as a pack mule. Iris stands
quietly for tacking, mounting, harnessing and hitching. She is a very
friendly mule who always greets you in the morning with pricked ears and
a nicker. Don’t miss out on this fun and versatile team of mules! Contact
Jonathon for more information.
