14 BRUNO
John Lt Dapple Chestnut Grade, Not Registered
15.2 HH 1150 lbs. Age: 10
Trustworthy, reliable, willing, easy going, sturdy and solid, are some of
Bruno’s top qualities. Having Bruno around is the same as having a big,
gentle dog by your side. He wants to be your best friend, wants to go
where you want to go, loves extra attention and being fussed over. He has
been ridden by fi rst time riders and seems to enjoy taking care of them
with his “no worries, I got this” personality. He is also an advanced mule
that reins and shows a nice stop and light turn around. We have utilized
him several times as a pack mule to haul elk out of the back country. You
can just holler his name at the gate and he will come to you. He has a big
presence, and gorgeous Belgian color with dapples that pictures don’t do
justice. Bruno carries himself collected, has a soft mouth, easily moves
off leg cues, and has a nice neck rein. His conformation and disposition
makes him truly capable of learning any task. He proves himself consis-
tently as he progresses through each new adventure with confi dence.
Don’t miss your chance at this guy! His type doesn’t come around often.
All Petersen Mule Co. Auction Mules are purchased with the option of a
free three-day clinic at our facility to ensure a successful transition to their

chosen for this select sale. All our sale mules have logged countless trail
miles and arena hours. They are professionals in our obstacle course; they
each lay down on cue. They have spent time pulling a pack string and have
each been packed. They all cross water, downfall, bridges, drag logs, you
can stand on their back, crack a whip, carry a fl ag, bath, clip, shoe, trailer,
hobble, catch and lead. They have been trained to pick you up from a gate,
mounting block or stump.
