We have owed Lula Bell for 11 years She is as solid broke as
one can be. Anyone can ride her – she will babysit your young-
est beginner, or step it up for your super handy experienced
rider. We sent her with Ken McNabb for over a year’s worth
of training when she was 3 years old. She has been hauled all across the
U.S., used for many clinics, demos and expos. She rides excellent and
lopes out of her tracks slow and easy. Lula Bell slides to a stop, spins and
has a perfect one-handed neck rein. She is fi nished in our cutting training
too. She will really watch a cow – just drop your hand and let her do her
job. Once she was done with her training with Ken, we then took her to
the ranch and she has seen more miles on the ranch then any horse on
our place. She is super handy for any ranch job, sure footed and solid. We
have given many kids and adults lessons on her, including the basics of
riding or how to work a cow. Lula Bell is very kind a forgiving for anyone
to learn on. She has also gone many, many miles in the Big Horn moun-
tains with White Mountain Outfi tters taking guests out on trail rides. She
has had beginners ride her up in the mountains and they loved her! She
always takes excellent care of her rider. We have loaned her out to young
girls to carry sponsor fl ags at the Cody Nite Rodeo. In the past year our
5-year-old son has been riding her by himself on the ranch, pushing and
gathering cattle. We never worry about our boy when he is riding Lula Bell
because we know he is safe on her. Lula Bell is a no-fuss, hassle-free gal
that is handy for everything. She has been our go-to, solid, standby horse
for everything we need. She requires no warm-up no matter how long you
let her sit. She’s easy to catch and handle with excellent ground manners.
She stands perfectly for the farrier and vet. Lula Bell has one of the top
cutting horse pedigrees so she would make an excellent brood mare once
you are done riding. Sired by IM CHAIRMAN (LTE $84,494) AQHA Junior
and Senior Reserve World Champion. He has 114 AQHA points. He is a
3/4 brother to Dual Pep and Mister Dual Pep. Her dam is sired by an NCHA
money earner and producer. More importantly, she is out of Jazabell Quix-
ote who is the No. 5 all-time producing dam of cutting horses with an LTE
of $230K. Producing over $1.2 million in money earners. Lula Bell is truly
