Lot 3 Beckton Epic R397K became the No. 1 bull in the Red Angus breed for registrations in 2014. We
purchased him as a yearling for use on heifers. At that time, he was breed average across his EPD
profi le. Through his progeny, like 953, he became a sire that ranked high on many EPD traits. 953 produced an Andras Fusion bull calf that caught
the attention of some breeders and ended up topping our 2015 sale for $40,000 to Bieber Red Angus. At age 11, she continues to bring in progeny
that are sound in their functionality like their dam. She sells bred to RED U2 Money Talks 530F, a bull that we purchased from the Unger family in
Canada.

Lot 5 In our 2014 female sale, we sold the dam to Lot 5 to Sandbur Ridge Red Angus in NE as the second-
high-selling female. 970 is carrying on the tradition on her dam bringing in above-average progeny
while maintaining soundness to her function. We had an issue with our breeding management this
summer which left 970 open for the new owner to fl ush.
